The best thing about Kabaddi is the constant chanting of 'Kabaddi- Kabaddi' by the players. The sport of Kabaddi tests agility, reflexes and, too an extent, a player's lungs as well.
Kabaddi has gained recognition as a high-level sport as late as the 1980s. The Asian Games schedule listed Kabaddi as a competitive sport since the 1990 Beijing Games.
