Independence Airlines had its headquarters in Loudon County in United States. The airline was established in 1989, and was closed in 2006 after it filed for bankruptcy. This was one of the major regional airlines in the area, and offered low cost flights to passengers in US. Its special concessions for college students, the humorous touches it added to in-flight announcements, made this airline very popular with those who could not pay prohibitive prices for airline tickets. |
