    Getting to Marseille

     

    By Air: Located 25km north of Marseille, Marseille Provence Airport is the 4th largest airport in France in terms of passenger traffic. Over 25 regular and several charter airlines operate direct or connecting flights to Marseille from 81 cities in 32 countries, including the United States and Canada. Among major international airlines serving to Marseille Provence Airport include Air France, KLM, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Lufthansa and Swiss Air.

    By Rail: Marseille has excellent rail network, connecting it to destinations across France and Europe. High-speed (TGV) connect Marseille to Paris, London, Brussels, Barcelona, Rome, Madrid, Vienna, Geneva and other major cities of Europe.

    By Road: There are 3 state-of-the-art motorways that connect Marseille to major cities across France and Europe. A7 motorway connects Marseille with Lyon and Aix-en-Provence; A55 with Lyon, Aix-en-Provence and Barcelona (Spain); and A50 with Toulon, Aix-en-Provence, Nice and Genoa (Italy).
