Indians were the favorites to rule the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 in West Indies, as the Indian squad comprised some of the world’s best batsmen in the form of Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly. But Team India could not cross the initial stages of the competition.
