The West Indies vs. Kenya warm-up match for Cricket World Cup 2007 was a power-packed encounter, with the latter playing more than what is expected of underdogs. Marlon Samuels smashed a century to guide the Windies to a 21-run victory at the Trelawny Multi-Purpose Stadium in Jamaica.
Chris Gayle too scored a half century to help West Indies register a total of 268/6 in the West Indies-Kenya warm-up game. For Kenya, Collins Obuya was the top-scorer with an unbeaten 54. Despite showing amazing resilience, Kenyans could not manage to outdo the West Indians.
