The largest ever ICC Cricket World Cup edition in West Indies is
estimated to sell over 800,000 tickets. Tickets for the ICC
Cricket World Cup in West Indies would be available to fans
in three phases - Phase 1 (01 May-July 31, 2006), Phase 2
(01 Sept-Nov 31, 2006), and Phase 3 (9 Jan-April 28, 2007).
The application process will be fair and transparent and cricket
fans worldwide can apply for tickets through the Internet
or ticket centers at nine Caribbean host venues.
To ansure a fair ticketing process, quotas have been allocated
for host venue nationals, Caricom residents and international
purchasers. If demand for tickets of a certain price or category
is higher than the number of tickets available, the applications
will go into a ballot to determine who receives the tickets.
During the Phase 1 (01 May-July 31, 2006) of ticket sell,
cricket fans can apply for Single Match, Venue Combinations
or Follow A Path Combinations tickets.
Applications and payments
will be processed in August 2006, prior to the opening of
Phase 2 (01 Sept-Nov 31, 2006), which will allot tickets on
a "first come, first served basis," through the
official website of ICC and ticket centres in the nine host
venues. The final Phase 3 of ticketing will be done again
on a "first come, first served" basis, starting
January 9, 2007 to the morning of the ICC World Cup 2007 final
on April 28, 2007.
There are three categories of tickets - Single Match Tickets,
Follow A Path Tickets, and Venue Combination Tickets, priced
between 10-300 US $ available for 51 ICC Cricket World Cup
2007 matches. These exciting combination packages will allow

matches at particular ICC Cricket World Cup venues, or follow their team's progress
through the tournament. The Phase 1 of ticketing is closed,
