Getting to Milan by Air: Milan has two major airports - Malpensa International Airport and Milan Linate Airport. Malpensa is the one of biggest airports in Italy, handling transcontinental and other international flights. Almost all major international airlines, including Alitalia, Air France, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines and Lufthansa operate direct or connecting flights to Milan. Malpensa is around 50 km from the city, while Milan Linate is just 7 km east of the city center, both having excellent rail and road connection with Milan.
