Getting to Valencia
By Air: For a cheap package, take a chartered flight to Alicante and then board on the train up the coast. Advance booking lets you get your booking at a comparatively cheap price. The companies like Easyjet and Ryanair, Myair, Air Berlin, Air Europe, connect to major cities of Europe. The international airport of Valencia is in Manises. It is at a distance of 14 kilometers west of the centre of town. In this small airport all the facilities for a traveler are provided. There is a cash machine, car rental offices, gift shops and cafés, money exchange counter and a pharmacy.
By Rail: traveling through a train is a bit time consuming. From London the train takes at least 36 hours to reach Valencia, and you are required to change the train in Paris and Montpellier or Barcelona. From Valencia Madrid, Barcelona and Alacant/Alicante, plus less frequent services to Seville, Bilbao, Granada, and Malaga are connected with a fine network of railways. Prior reservation is must.
By Road: In order to reach remote beaches like Llac Albufera, a car serves the best method of transportation. For a long journey, hire a bus; this would be the cheapest means to Travel to Spain.
