Old Orchard Beach offers a number of entertainment options as well as a number of nightclubs. These nightclubs offer a number of entertainment programs like singing, dancing every evening.

You could catch live bands and karaoke at a number of bars and restaurants on the Old Orchard Beach. These include Pier Patio Club, Village Inn Restaurant & Brew Pub, PICS Pizza and Surf 6. There are a number of talented bands playing every evening. Make merry and indulge in some karaoke sessions. Enjoy a fireworks show every Thursday evening by the Pier. Firework shows are held from mid June till Labor Day.

Ocean Park Association organizes concerts on most Sunday evenings. Weekly concerts are also conducted at the Town Square every Monday and Tuesday at 7PM in season. These shows are conducted by the Pier and are free. Salvation Army Amphitheater is an outdoor amphitheater featuring live entertainment throughout the summer for the entire family. America's top comedians perform in the Custom House Wharf in the Old Port.

Southworth Planetarium conducts shows for children and adults which also include laser concerts. Portland Symphony Orchestra organizes concerts all around the year. Portland Concert Association organizes several dance, opera, musical theater, jazz, & more.
