There are a number of campgrounds near the Palm Beach. The John Prince Campground offers more than 277 tent sites. The campground features four accessible restroom and shower buildings, five campfire pits, four playgrounds, a petanque court, and pay phones. A group camping is available with reservations for non profit youth groups. A campground manager resides for your convenience.

Peanut Island Campground is well situated and is ideal for fishing and boating. The campground is located on a spoil island and is surrounded by the Intracostal Waterway beside the Lake Worth Inlet.

The South Bay RV Campground is located at the south end of Lake Okeechobee. The park is however closed indefinitely to provide temporary shelter for persons in need.
